Leadership is hard.
Let’s work on it.

We coach leaders and support teams so that the people driving social change can do their work with more ease, more cohesion, and more impact

We help leaders and teams slow down, see what’s really happening, and move forward with clarity and care. Our approach balances what’s emerging in the moment with long-term growth, blending rigor with warmth.

What we work on together:

  • Navigating tension in a work relationship or on a team

  • Leading in the face of burnout

  • Giving (and receiving) tough feedback

  • Delegating effectively

  • Managing up

  • Feeling stuck or unmotivated

  • Building a healthy team culture

  • Planning your next career steps

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Every leader deserves an opportunity to reflect, develop, and grow. We coach at the intersection of human connection and strategy, grounded in emotional intelligence—self-awareness and relational skills that honor the demands of leadership. Our work is action-oriented and intentionally tailored, supporting your ability to lead effectively.

We are passionate about doing work we love alongside people we respect. We partner with movement, government, and non-profit leaders, not just executives, because leadership development is for everyone.

We work with:

  • Leaders at any level navigating growth, change, or challenge

  • Middle managers and earlier-career professionals building confidence and clarity

  • People leading mission-driven work and managing the emotional load that comes with it

  • Campaign professionals managing rapidly scaling teams and workstreams

  • What’s really valuable about you all is there's both the deep experience coaching and providing insight—leadership coaching is like work therapy—combined with the campaign strategy and the focus on what it takes to run a strong campaign… What you provide is so important and effective because it draws from both of those disciplines… you’re all about building a team that's built to win.

  • Stacy and Jenna helped our leadership team to individually and collectively identify actionable steps to improve our communication and work together. Their facilitation enabled us to gain insight into long-standing group dynamics so that we could build on areas of strength while shifting patterns that no longer served us. The combination of 1-on-1 and group coaching produced noticeable changes in a short period of time.

  • I had been eager for an opportunity to take a step away from our day-to-day work to focus on HOW we do the work together. The team learned a lot about each other and about themselves! We frequently refer to the Prism (personality assessment) when interacting with folks across the team. Jenna and Stacy were phenomenal facilitators who helped create a space where the team felt comfortable sharing more of themselves than they may be accustomed to in a work setting. As the leader, I felt like they created the right opportunities for me to share my vision and hopes for our time together, but also allowed me to engage in the retreat as a participant and observer.
